Camp Compassion
Camp Compassion at Piedmont Farm Animal Refuge is a summer camp designed to teach compassion, kindness, and respect for farm animals. This program offers hands-on experiences where children learn about animal care, veganism, and environmental sustainability. Participants interact with the refuge's rescued animals and engage in activities that promote empathy and awareness about farm animal welfare. After a break due to COVID-19, the camp is returning for 2025, inviting young people to experience the sanctuary's mission firsthand and gain valuable life skills.
