Students can explore three out of four educational programs: Artifact and House, Plantation Slavery, Andrew Johnson, and Historic Raleigh Trolley Tours. Tours are available Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Attractions
Ellen Mordecai Garden at Mordecai Historic Park - Recreated from descriptions of the original Mordecai kitchen garden from the 1830s, this garden features vegetables, herbs, and flowers that were common in the 19th century. The raised beds are carefully arranged to reflect the historic layout. Tour tickets for the Mordecai House, Raleigh’s oldest house in its original location, can be purchased separately.
