iWalk the Eno Science & Nature Summer Camp helps children ages 8- 12 learn and grow in nature’s classroom. The camp is located in Orange and Durham counties at Eno River State Park and West Point on the Eno City Park. The parks offer many opportunities to camp, hike, & splash in a natural wonderland. For 12-15-year-olds, the Eno River Field Station program takes students on a deeper dive into environmental science at the Confluence Natural Area of the Eno River. Participants interact with scientists, researchers, and environmental experts in a rich, field-based curriculum that focuses on experiential learning. This program helps students develop a deeper respect for nature, refine research skills, and gain hands-on experience while exploring the ecology and science of the Eno River. Activities include field study, authentic research, and discovering the biodiversity that thrives in the area.
