Programs
  • Boss Up! – The Future CEO Project is a 12-week program designed for middle and high school students to learn how to start their own business. Participants develop a business plan, create a go-to-market strategy, craft a sales pitch, design marketing materials, and strengthen their presentation skills. They also receive one-on-one mentorship from successful entrepreneurs and industry professionals. The program culminates in a pitch competition where students present their business ideas to a panel for a chance to win cash prizes.
  • The Change Makers program helps youth develop leadership skills while making a direct impact in their community. Participants work in teams to identify community issues they care about and organize actionable solutions, gaining valuable experience in teamwork, problem-solving, and civic engagement.
